Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Xiong Xiong Land. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders for customers in Malaysia and international markets.

Order Processing

  • Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Some items may be preorder items or fulfilled by our overseas supplier/fulfillment partner. If an item requires a longer preparation time, we will state it on the product page or contact you after your order is placed.
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Malaysia orders: usually 3-7 business days after dispatch.
  • International orders: usually 7-14 business days after dispatch.
  • Delivery time may vary depending on destination country, courier capacity, customs clearance, peak seasons, and other factors outside our control.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination, order weight, product profile, and available shipping methods. Any free shipping offer, if available, will be shown at checkout.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, or other local charges may be collected by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our product price or shipping fee unless clearly stated otherwise.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, we will provide it by email or through the order status page. Tracking updates may take a few days to appear after dispatch.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping details are correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. If a parcel is returned to us due to an address issue or failed delivery attempt, additional reshipping fees may apply.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at xiongxiongland@gmail.com with your order number and supporting photos where applicable. We will assist you in checking with the courier or fulfillment partner.
