📦 訂單取消與退貨政策
Cancellation & Return Policy

下單前請務必確認商品、數量、地址及訂單資料。
一旦訂單成功付款，即代表您已閱讀、理解並同意以下政策：

• 訂單成功付款後，如顧客臨時取消訂單，將扣除訂單總金額的 50% 作為訂單處理費、預留貨物費用及相關行政成本。

• 若商品已經安排出貨、已交由物流公司，或已從海外倉／供應商寄出，訂單將無法直接取消。

• 如顧客仍需退貨，必須自行承擔來回國際運費，並將商品寄回至我們指定的退貨地址。

• 商品必須保持全新、未使用、未拆封／未損壞狀態，並附上完整原包裝。若商品已被使用、損壞、缺少配件或包裝不完整，我們有權拒絕退款。

• 國際訂單退貨途中如發生遺失、損壞、延誤或海關問題，我們將不承擔相關責任。請務必使用可追蹤的運輸方式。

• 退款金額將根據訂單狀態、商品狀態及實際產生的費用進行計算。若涉及手續費、國際運費、平台費用或匯率差額，相關費用將由顧客自行承擔。

• 一旦您完成下單及付款，即代表您已接受並同意本店的訂單取消與退貨政策。

📦 Cancellation & Return Policy

Please make sure all product details, quantity, shipping address, and order information are correct before placing your order.

Once payment has been successfully completed, it means you have read, understood, and agreed to the following policy:

• If the customer requests to cancel the order after successful payment, 50% of the total order amount will be deducted as an order processing fee, reserved stock fee, and administrative cost.

• If the item has already been arranged for shipment, handed over to the courier, or shipped out from our overseas warehouse/supplier, the order cannot be cancelled directly.

• If the customer still wishes to return the item, the customer must bear the two-way international shipping costs and send the item back to our designated return address.

• The item must remain brand new, unused, unopened/undamaged, and returned with its original packaging. If the item has been used, damaged, missing accessories, or returned with incomplete packaging, we reserve the right to reject the refund.

• For international returns, we are not responsible for any loss, damage, delay, or customs issues during return shipping. Please use a trackable shipping method.

• The final refund amount will be calculated based on the order status, item condition, and any actual costs incurred. Any handling fees, international shipping fees, platform fees, or exchange rate differences shall be borne by the customer.

• By placing an order and completing payment, you acknowledge and agree to our Cancellation & Return Policy.
